Former Simón Bolívar Zoo Opens for a Free International Coffee Day
The former Simón Bolívar Zoo in San José will open its gates for a free International Coffee Day celebration on Saturday, October 3, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors can explore the grounds while enjoying coffee tastings, food, music and the National Chorreador Championship. The site is being transformed into Costa Rica’s first urban natural park.
